Not only did they have ironing facilities readily available in the room, but when I realized I had left a valuable item behind after checkout, the staff promptly located it and safely returned it to me, showcasing their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. The air conditioning was a welcome relief after a day of exploring, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's rest. The in-room electric kettle allowed for a cozy evening with a cup of tea, adding a touch of homeliness to my Alpine retreat. It's rare to find a hotel that truly goes above and beyond, and Hotel d'Allèves surpassed all expectations, making my stay unforgettable.
